Details of the service

Trip-Guide.jp provides an opportunity for guests who need a travel guide to find a helpful guide.
Specifically, we provide features for member registration, publishing posts, and searching posts, as well as a get-in-touch feature.
We provide an opportunity for guides to create a post that is targeted to guests searching for a guide, as well as a get-in-touch feature.

Payment for service

Guest registration and guide registration are free.
If you request for a guide (as a guest), pay the guide the guiding charge in cash on the trip day.
If you are a guide, set a guiding charge (amount) when creating your post.
(* The method for setting the amount may be changed in the future)
A guide is required to pay a service charge (15% of the guiding charge) for each completed guiding.
* Guiding completed from the first day to the last day of each month is subject to billing processing on the fifth of the next month.
(The date of payment depends on the regulation of the applicable credit card company)
* No fee is incurred when a registered guide submits a post.
* Guests can use the service for free.

How to pay

A charge is paid by the credit card that the registered guide registers.

When to pay

* Guiding completed from the first day to the last day of each month is subject to billing processing on the fifth of the next month.
(The date of payment depends on the regulation of the applicable credit card company)

Delivery date

Guides can use the service once the registration is complete.

Cancellation

In principle, the cancellation of a service charge is not allowed.
* When a trip cannot be held through no fault of the guide after an offer is confirmed (for example, the guest cancels the trip on the trip day or the guest does not come to the meeting location), contact the office within five days from the trip day. Billing processing is canceled as required.
